The air-only reflow oven Bravo 8105 from Speedline consists of eight heating zones. It has a medium-mass convection heating technology that pre-heats air at the intake blower using finned calrod heating elements at each intake zone to provide stable thermal energy for high capacity production. Optional, tubular rail heaters can be added to fine tune temperature distribution across the process width and are located within the pin chain conveyor rails. The oven reaches forced convection gas temperatures of 300°C, an optional module is available to provide up to 400°C. It features two cooling zones with cross-flow blowers reducing exit temperatures of less than 70°C.
