Supercoat of Valley Automation is an automatic selective coating system ideal for the low-to-medium-volume requirements. The accurately controlled spray pattem eliminates the need to mask connectors, switches or other parts that do not require coating. The multi-axis motion control provides accurate and repeatable spray patterns with reduced over-spray or waste. Minimum set-up time for boards is required using a number of PCB input options, including the ability of loading a scanned image. An easy-to-follow graphical interface allows the spray pattem to be set to meet the requirements. The large working area will accommodate multipleboards of different types to be coated in one operation. The benefit of using readily available coating materials with minimum wastage along with the time saved for masking will ensure a cost-effective operation.
